What To Expect
NO APPOINTMENT-CALL AHEAD When you arrive you will be greeted by our reception staff. If you are not already in our computer system we will ask you to complete a brief Client-Pet information form. Patients are seen as they arrive. Like a human emergency room, the time to see a veterinarian may vary. We do use a triage system for admission. In the exam room a veterinary technician will assess your pet and take a brief history. The veterinarian will then examine your pet and discuss a treatment plan with you. An estimate of charges will be reviewed with you so you may make an informed decision for the care of your pet. Please note, pets are prioritized for treatment according to the seriousness of their illness or injury.
VISITING HOURS Visitation of your pet while he or she is hospitalized is encouraged. Ask our front staff about setting a time for visiting your pet. For the comfort of all of our patients in our care, visitation times may be limited.
FEES AND PAYMENT Our fees are typical of an animal hospital providing emergency and critical after-hours care. For your convenience we accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Care Credit, Vetary, and personal checks (with proper ID).
